Are the products fresh and gluten-free?
All our products are strictly gluten-free, nuts-free and dairy-free. Our bakery is reserved for gluten-free and dairy-free products. So it’s safe for people with celiac or dairy allergies.
How long do the products keep?
All our products freeze beautifully! Our products are “homemade” and never contain any additives. To keep them as long as possible,
we recommend storing them in hermetically sealed bags for up to 2 days on the counter, or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
A little tip for bread: separate slices before freezing, and slice bagels for easy toasting!
Can you deliver to your home or office?
You can reserve some of our products online and collect them directly from our Toronto patisserie. You can also order our products directly from UBER EATS for home or office delivery.
Can we order custom cakes or quantities?

How to bake puff pastries?
In the list of our puff pastries, you’ll find the cooking methods for each product.
All you need to do is thaw the pasta thoroughly and give it a chance to develop (grow) in the heat. Use your oven’s CONVECTION option if you have it. Don’t forget to brush the dough with egg yolk for a beautiful final color!
